Tire ares an organic combination of multiple properties, and its performance indicators include grip (dry, wetland), steering, comfort, wear resistance and so on. Many of the indicators are contradictory, such as comfort and manipulation, grip and abrasion resistance, etc..
If isolated, comparing a performance is meaningless, good ATV tires at the same time maintain the characteristics of its comprehensive performance is also stronger.

So how to identify the quality of the ATV tires ? Here are some simple tips that you could identify by tire surface.
First, see if the tires are refurbished.
Refurbished tires compared with the brand tires, the biggest difference is the wear resistance, and the most intuitive method of judgment as follows: Observe the tire tread ,good tires should be blue and its color is more natural; press the tread with your fingers or scratch with a nail on the tread, if no fingerprints left, then meet the quality requirements; pull, the rubber nail on good tires are not easy to break and it could restore to the initial state immediately when you release it.

Second, the tire identification and selection
1,if the outer edge of the tire has a greater wear and tear, indicating that the tire is often in the state of insufficient inflation, that is, pressure is not enough;
2, if the inside of the tire wear, and the outer edge of the burr-like, indicating that the tire has deformed, the symmetry of the two tires have been affected;
3,if the tire on both sides of the landing part of the convex wear, and the surrounding wear was corrugated, then the car shock absorbers, bearings and spherical joints and other components wear more serious;
4, if the tire area of the central area of the wear and tear is more serious, indicating that the tire is often in full of state of inflation;
5, if the tire pattern has been grinding more smooth, you must replace the tire, its life is also officially ended.

Anyway,if you need to replace tires,you could purchase at dealerships or retail outlets, as well as on the web.On average, you can expect to spend about $150 to $200 for a set of quality tires for your ATV if online shopping.For example,you could get four pieces tires for your Yamaha Grizzly 700 at a cost of just $216 on Hexautoparts.
